These presentations will be shared on this webpage so these organisations can be contacted. \nCall for proposals – Apply AI: GenAI for the public administrations \nThe Commission will fund under the Digital Europe Programme (DEP) a coordination and support action (CSA) to build an ecosystem of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) for public administration in Europe (DIGITAL-2026-AI-09-GENAI-PA). The call opened on 4 November 2025 and will close on 3 March 2026.  \nAs part of the Apply AI Strategy focus on competitiveness and technological sovereignty\, this CSA call will accompany the GenAI pilot projects co-funded by the DEP call DIGITAL-2025-AI-08-SUPPLY-AI. The pilot projects will collaborate closely with the CSA call and together will build the emerging European GenAI & public administration ecosystem. \nThe CSA call is targeting stakeholders from higher education institutions\, research and technology organisations\, civil-society organisations\, non-governmental organisations\, and other interested stakeholders. In previous webinar sessions\, cities and regions were introduced to the 20 concept-stage solutions developed in response to shared urban challenges. The project has now moved to the next stage\, with 10 selected suppliers developing real prototypes and demonstrations that show more clearly how these solutions could work in practice. \nWhy attend? \nCities and regions need better tools to monitor critical infrastructure\, manage public assets\, reduce emissions and improve day-to-day urban operations. This session will be especially relevant for cities and regions working on infrastructure maintenance\, urban mobility\, asset management\, utilities\, resilience and operational efficiency. \nThe session also helps cities and regions prepare for the upcoming replication phase.
