The Horizon Europe project TWIN4CITIES is turning this vision into action, developing innovative digital solutions for smarter urban planning, climate adaptation and resource optimisation. The project’s pilots are based in Copenhagen, Zaragoza and Kozani, with Istanbul and Belleville-en-Beaujolais supporting early replication.
