The European Commission invites cities and communites across the EU to participate in the Local Digital Twins (LDT) Digital Toolbox. The Commission effort for the development of the Digital Toolbox aims to advance the digital maturity of EU cities and communites, particularly focusing on those less prepared for digital transformation.
