CommuniCity is a three-year project funded by the European Commission’s Horizon Europe Framework Programme. The project launches 100 pilots over three rounds of Open Calls, addressing the needs of European Cities and communities through co-creation and co-learning processes. The goal is to engage hard-to-reach, marginalised communities in dialogue with city officials and solution providers to enable better services for the residents and enhance digital inclusion.

Info Session on the Third Open Call will be held on March 12th 2024
During the final and third round of open calls, CommuniCity is aiming to run over 60 pilot projects across Europe. The project would like to invite you to the first Info Session to learn more about the initiative and the third round of Open Calls. During the event, the benefits of joining the project will be discussed and detailed information will be shared on the next steps to be taken. 100 pilots across Europe
The CommuniCity project is implementing 100 pilots around Europe during the 2023-2025 period together with three partnering cities and replicator cities. The first round of Open Calls, launched in early 2023 awarded a total of 13 pilots that were run in cooperation with the partnering cities of Amsterdam, Helsinki, and Porto. The second round of Open Calls was launched in September 2023 and awarded a total of 25 pilots. In this round, Aarhus, Breda, Prague and Tallinn joined as replicator cities. More cities across Europe are expected to join the project with the launch of the third and final round of Open Calls.
