Event Details

Date: 11th September

Time: 16:00-17:00 PM (CEST)

Webinar Overview:

Since September 2022, European data spaces initiatives have collaboratively defined technical building blocks for data spaces across domains. Through collaboration with the Data Spaces Support Centre, these common grounds have been identified and integrated. This event serves as a platform for data space designers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the necessary functionalities within data spaces for use cases pertaining to smart and sustainable cities and communities, along with available standards and software implementations.

16:00-16:05 Opening and Introduction – Giacomo Lozzi, ENoLL

16:05-16:15 Overview of DS4SSCC preparatory and deployment actions – Sophie Meszaros, OASC

16:15-16:30 Technical common ground of data spaces (Data Space Support Centre) – Clara Pezuela, FIWARE

16:30-16:45 Technical common ground of data spaces for smart and sustainable cities and communities (DS4SSCC) – Thimo Thoeye, OASC

16:45-16:55 Q&A Session

16:55-17:00 Closing Remarks

Key Objectives:

  • Domain agnostic technical insights: Gather knowledge about what the DSSC proposes as technical common grounds for all data spaces.

  • Technical insights for smart & sustainable cities & communities: Gain insights into the unique technical requirements of data spaces across domains and how to use the DSSC common grounds in practice.

  • Enhance efficiency and transparency: Understand the significance of common technical grounds to foster growth.
