Are you working on a project proposal or do you have an idea for a funded project that supports the digital transformation of cities and communities? Are you looking for partners to co-develop the proposal and implement the idea? Then the OASC project speed dating is your place to be.

At our upcoming Conference in Fundão (Portugal) on 29 January 2026, OASC is hosting a dynamic “speed dating” session where selected participants will each get a 5-minute slot at a high table to pitch their project idea. The format is face-to-face and all about interaction, connection and collaboration.

This is not a one-way presentation, it’s a conversation starter. Participants rotate from table to table and you’ll have the chance to speak with a lot of engaged city and community representatives.

Each table will have an OASC moderator to help with timekeeping and facilitation. You can bring slides if you like but it’s not required. What matters most is clarity: can people quickly understand what you offer or need? Can they contact you afterwards to continue the conversation?

If you’re:

• a researcher, city or community representative, entrepreneur or representative of an NGO working on digital transformation
• looking to co-develop a new project idea with others in the field

Submit your pitch idea by 22 October 2025.

Our jury will select 10 projects for a high table. Everyone will be notified after the selection.

Practical info:

• You bring your own laptop & charger, we provide power strips.
• Only mini table roll-ups are allowed, 50 mm x 240 mm
• Share your contact info – business cards or QR codes are encouraged
• No slides? No problem. Your voice and clarity matter most.
