The Council of Cities represents the member cities and communities of OASC and it is one of the two steering bodies of the network, alongside the Governing Body.
The Council of Cities Coordinator presides the Council of Cities and is elected every two years.
The Council of Cities Deputy Coordinator assists the Council of Cities Coordinator. They are both observing members of the OASC Governing Body and serve as a liaison between this Governing Body and the Council of Cities.
