The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CNECT) has commissioned Technopolis Group to carry out a study in support of the review of the Digital Decade Policy Programme (DDPP) — the EU’s key initiative guiding Europe’s digital transformation.

As part of this review, two surveys have been launched to gather insights from public authorities and stakeholders across Europe and beyond. OASC is pleased to support the dissemination of these surveys and invites its network to contribute their experiences and views.

Survey for Cities & Regions

This survey aims to collect input from local and regional authorities on their role and participation in digital policies, particularly within the context of the Digital Decade Policy Programme. It covers:

  • competences and responsibilities in digital policy

  • drivers and barriers to engagement

  • challenges in implementation

  • examples of good practices

This is an opportunity for cities and regions to share their perspectives and contribute to the DDPP review.

Survey for Further Stakeholders

The second survey targets civil society, NGOs, industry and business representatives. It explores:

  • Europe’s current digital transformation priorities

  • emerging areas of importance

  • key opportunities, risks and challenges

  • what is working well and what requires further policy attention

Your contributions will help inform the ongoing review of the Digital Decade Policy Programme.
